I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. The hotel facilities were good, including a big ryokan room with a great view. I really enjoyed the onsens, both indoor and outdoor, and the hotel was in a decent location, close enough to explore the whole mountain and walk to the town centre. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the whole mountain, as it is conveniently close to the "pair ski lift" in the morning.
